We utilise rubber sleeves in various applications, such as duct misalignment, anti-vibration couplings, and silo outlets. Providing versatility, we offer two basic alternatives: hand-fabricated or mandrel-built sleeves.
Our mandrel-built rubber seamless tubes, our stock includes these high-quality components. These tubes consist of a rubber tube with a smooth inner surface and a cloth-marked outer cover; these rubber sleeves have no bonded seam. Additionally, we provide the option of ground-back smooth exterior walls for hygienic areas, preventing bug traps and general build-up. Explore our complete range of mandrel-built rubber tubes, ranging from 50mm to 500mm in diameter, with a 3mm wall. These tubes are available in tan para rubber or white food-quality natural rubber.
Our hand-fabricated rubber sleeves are manufactured from bonded rubber sheets. They can feature either a butt joint with or without a reinforcement strap or an overlapped joint. Each sleeve is fully customisable to any diameter or length, with wall thickness ranging from 1mm up to 20mm, and is available in various rubber compounds.
We offer bespoke manufactured sleeves catering to specific needs, including those with thicker walls. Additionally, we specialise in manufacturing thin-walled reinforced tubing in any compound for pressurised applications, such as blow lines.
